Operation Realife launched our first Harvest Initiative (I-001) on 03 Jan 2025. The objective was to provide 200 Palestinian families (about 1,000 people total) with fruit and vegetable parcels. Each parcel contained approximately 4 Large Apples, 4 Bananas, 2 Avocados, 4 Potatoes, 3 Onions, 1 Garlic Bulb, 4 Lemons, and 2 Oranges.

From launch day, we reached our goal in just 10 days, which is 58% faster than we anticipated. In total, we served 210 families in Gaza - an estimated 1,050 people.

• We posted 41 times over 10 days.

• We received 1.24 million views and 462k likes.

• Our engagement was at 37.33% - in the context of social media, getting 10% engagement is considered 'good'.

• We spent zero dollars on advertisement - all of this engagement is purely organic.
