How do I know my donation goes to Gaza?
We have trusted staff on the ground in the Gaza Strip who receive money to fulfill our programs and services.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Operation Realife is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States. Your donation may be tax deductible up to the fullest extent allowed by the law.
Please consult with your local tax specialist regarding contributions to US nonprofit organizations.
I want to maximize my donation, how can I do that?
Many employers offer donation matching programs up to a certain threshold. Please consult with your employer to see if they offer donation matching for US nonprofits.
Can I volunteer with Operation Realife?

I know a family in Gaza, can you help them?
Because our programs are structured to support broader community initiatives, we are unfortunately unable to provide regular, direct assistance to individual families.
In very rare, critical situations, we may be able to step in with emergency relief on a case-by-case basis as resources allow.

Are you procuring goods locally or importing them?
We procure our goods locally within Gaza. Due to severe cross-border restrictions and unpredictable border closures that frequently delay or block international aid shipments, we have found that local procurement is the most effective and reliable way to deliver timely relief. By utilizing resources already available within Gaza, we bypass border bottlenecks and ensure your donations turn into immediate, tangible support.
Can I send you in-kind donations?
We deeply appreciate the thought, but we cannot accept in-kind shipments. The border inspection processes for entering Gaza are incredibly restrictive and the highest chance of aid entering Gaza is by bulk-purchasing items that are likely to pass inspection.
What percentage of aid goes to Gaza?
Approximately 90% of every dollar goes to the Gaza Strip. We strive to keep our administrative and operational costs as low as possible to ensure that we can make the most impact on the ground.
How long have you been operating? Specifically in Gaza?
Operation Realife was founded in September of 2024. We began operating in the Gaza Strip in January of 2025.
