Food Parcels for Families

14 Aug 2025 Update After several months of not being able to resume our food initiative, we were finally able to complete food distribution as aid began to enter the Gaza Strip. We had about one third of the initiative left to complete and the food distribution event is now completed!

Throughout the duration of this initiative, we were able to serve approximately 1500 people with 3 full meals a day for a full week.

07 May 2025 Update

I-003's original goal was to distribute essential items to 2500 Palestinians, and unfortunately due to the blockade of aid that has been implemented on the Gaza Strip from March 2nd through to today's date (May 7th), we had to pause our initiative. The prices varied greatly during our original reporting of this initiative. We started at $50 per parcel and during the ceasefire the price had dropped down to approximately $15. Unfortunately we were not able to implement any portion of this initiative before the ceasefire ended and prices skyrocketed to over $200 for the food items. This resulted in us pausing our funds and the initiative to monitor the situation very closely for a drop in the prices.

We raised $7,618.02 for this initiative before it's pause, and all of these funds have been dispersed for distribution of food items. Food parcels will cost roughly $50 and will include much less food items than before. More details to follow.
