​Operation Realife’s Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) Initiative provides direct financial support to civilians in the Gaza Strip. Access to income, food, water, shelter, and other basic goods has been completely decimated. Cash assistance gives families agency to meet their most urgent needs.
Why Cash Assistance Matters
Cash assistance empowers people to make their own decisions about what their families need most—whether food, medicine, shelter, water, transportation, etc. By providing flexible support, MPCA respects personal agency while responding quickly to changing conditions on the ground.
How the Initiative Works
MPCA is delivered as one-time emergency support to vulnerable households and individuals. Assistance amounts are determined based on local market conditions, household needs, and available funding. Distributions are coordinated with trusted on-the-ground teams to ensure funds reach those who need them most.
Who we Serve
This initiative prioritizes families and individuals facing the greatest vulnerability, including those who are displaced, have lost their livelihoods, are food insecure, or include children, elderly members, or persons with disabilities. Assistance is provided based on need alone, without discrimination.
